Description of Resource: A THREE STORY CLASSICAL REVIVAL STYLE BUILDING WITH RAISED BASEMENT. A GRAND STAIRWAY LEADS TO A RECESSED SECOND FLOOR ENTRANCE. THE SYMMETRICAL FACADE IS DOMINATED BY A TWO STORY PORTICO SUPPORTED BY TEN DORIC COLUMNS. DECORATIVE CRESTING WITH A SHELL MOTIF AND SMALL GARGOYLES TOPS AND FURTHER DISTINGUISHES THE PORTICO. A NEW, FREESTANDING BUILDING OF SIMILAR HEIGHT AND MATERIALS IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION JUST TO THE EAST SIDE.
