Comments: AFRICAN AMERICAN (COLORED SCHOOL) IN CHICKASHA, OKLAHOMA. FOUNDED IN MARCH 1909. LINCOLN SCHOOL WAS ALSO THE SCHOOL FROM WHICH ADA LOIS SIPUEL FISHER GRADUATED. DR. SIPUEL WAS THE PLAINTIFF AGAINST THE OKLAHOMA BOARD OF REGENTS IN 1948 (CASE SIPUEL V. BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA.)
