THE BUILDING IS TWO BAYS WIDE WITH PAIRED METAL WINDOWS ON THE FIRST STORY, AND TWO FIXED METAL WINDOWS ON THE SECOND STORY. THE ENTRANCE IS LOCATED ON THE EAST ELEVATION UNDER A COVERED WALKWAY. THERE IS ALSO A METAL STAIRWAY TO THE SECOND STORY ENTRANCE. SINGLE FIXED METAL WINDOWS ARE FOUND THROUGHOUT THE EAST ELEVATION. THE WEST ELEVATION FEATURES BRICK EXTERIOR WALLS AND NO FENESTRATION.
