Description of significance: CONSTRUCTED IN 1909, THIS BUFF BRICK HOUSE IS DISTINGUISHED BY ITS FLEMISH GABLES. THE STEEPLY PITCHED, CORSS GABLE ROOFFEATURES A SCALLOPED PARAPET ON THE FRONT AND SIDE GABLES. A PORCH WRAPS AROUND THE SOUTH AND EAST SIDES. LISTED IN NATIONAL REGISTER 12/08/82.
